The Dutch Innovation Centres Material Technology

Programme stimulated entrepreneurs to use innovative

materials in their products. One of these projects was to

develop traffic signs out of recycled plastics. This product

is made of recycled synthetic materials through flat and profile extrusion. These signs ought to be more crash-and-vandal proof than the aluminum now used for traffic signs. Another material from this manufacturer, EkoboardŽ, is based on quality regranulates. It was used in our installation of re(f)use in the Design Center Stuttgart and was given to us by the manufacturer. Lent by the manufacturer.
